  • About Andrea

    A lifelong learner and self-proclaimed "anatomy nerd", Andrea works to create a judgment-free space to safely guide experimentation with shapes, intention, and strength. She will always remind you to make space for breath and guide your practice with curiosity.

  • Education

    Since completing her 200 hour in Power Vinyasa Yoga, she's also studied Rocket Yoga and Pilates Mat 1. She's taught over 1000 hours and currently completing her Masters of Science degree in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel, MD.  

  • Approach

    As a yoga therapist her goal is to educate you on various pathways to empower yourself and to improve your health and well-being. Andrea helps identify any physical, emotional, and mental imbalances you are experiencing then introduce techniques to bring those into balance. These techniques include yoga poses (start simple), breathing (playing with what you already do), and meditation (the little voice in your head) to name a few.
