DESCRIPTION: Strengthen your core and glutes in this focused workout. All you need are mini bands, a willingness to embrace the burn, and some GüdAssNRG!

FAST BLAST

EQUIPMENT: "Hurdles", weights, elevated surface & mat

DESCRIPTION: An all encompassing workout combining weight training, cardio and primal movements. Get the body burning and sweating!

IRON CARDIO

EQUIPMENT: Dumbbells or Kettle bell mini-bands & mat

DESCRIPTION: Combining compound movements with the principles of interval training to enhance your overall muscular strength and endurance.

KINSTRETCH

EQUIPMENT: Yoga block/pillow, elevated surface, towel & mat

DESCRIPTION: A joint training class where you will learn how to stretch efficiently, increase and strengthen ranges of motion, and move your joints.

POWER FLOW YOGA

EQUIPMENT: Yoga block/pillow, elevated surface, towel & mat

DESCRIPTION: Class will be a power vinyasa flow. This class will link breath to movement to provide a physical challenge and moving meditation. Class is accessible to all levels.

TOTAL BODY: PRIMAL FLEX

EQUIPMENT: Weights/weighted backpack, resistance bands, elevated surface & mat

DESCRIPTION: This is a full body class utilizing primal motion to promote strength, conditioning and confidence through movement.

DESCRIPTION: Strength-focused class utilizing free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight to promote physical competence & improve form.
